Self help through CBT and hypnosis

Sessions with Teija have helped me enormously. She has taught me techniques to use every day which stop me overanalysing or obsessing over situations and conversations. As a result I feel happier and “lighter” in myself; I sleep better and am more constructive and positive as a person.
