Overcoming Exam Anxiety and Loss of Confidence

“When I started with Teija I had experienced a few failures at a particular exam I was attempting to pass. As it was connected to my working environment it started causing me a lot of anxiety and loss of confidence.

Through a period of about 2-3 months Teija, through the use of various techniques, peeled away the anxiety and gave me tools that I could use when I found myself in a state of procrastination or anxiety. I cannot express how grateful I am for the time, tools and perspectives she has shared with me. My experience as I have prepared for my upcoming  exams, have been far more focused, allowing me to revise (or in her words ‘deposit into my memory bank’) in a far more precise manner (minus the extreme anxiety).
