I went in the birthing pool and had some gas and air and breathed out my second daughter 45 minutes later! My baby was born at 8.30pm in the water to a very happy and relaxed Mum :)Thanks for all your help with the hypnobirthing techniques and tools. Definitely made all the difference to me.

I had to keep telling my husband and my midwife that I was contracting, Apparently I was just breathing and smiling with my eyes closed all the time. It felt as if it really was so easy to just let things flow. After 6 ...
