Session Information and Fees

Counselling and Psychotherapy

Individual, short or long-term either on zoom or in person. Sessions last typically 50 minutes on weekly basis.

We will have a short introductory call prior to the first session to ensure counselling with me is the right fit for you. We can agree to work on number of sessions or on open-ended manner.

Complimentary Therapies

The first hypnotherapy session lasts typically up to 90. The follow-up sessions 60 minutes, smoking cessation in a single session can take up to 2 hours.

The number of hypnotherapy sessions needed will depend on the therapy goals. It would be wrong to state the exact number of sessions needed until I have seen you, however, I always recommend my clients to prepare to attend between 3-4 sessions, but we work on session per session basis.

Corporate Visits 

• • Corporate sessions are offered either as a day visit enabling up to 4 individual sessions per day, alternatively on per session basis for any group work. You are expected to be able to provide a suitable space for the sessions.

Zoom Sessions

You will require access to internet and a computer or a phone with a camera as we need to able to see each other. I will provide a link to zoom for you to attend. Please ensure you are in a place we you cannot be overheard and if you have access to headphones, that would be great.

Your Investment

The below is a guideline you can use as example only to give you an idea of the cost involved. (Please note that I would want to see you for the first hypnotherapy session for 90 minutes).

Counselling and Psychotherapy

Sessions (50 mins) £80

some reduced rate slots are available for students and unemployed 

Hypnotherapy / CBT Coaching

1st Session (1.5hrs) £125 for a session, then £95 per 1hr session.

Smoking Cessation - £250 (this is a single 1.5hr-2hr  session and includes post-session support) at Herne Hill

Corporate Charges (1 day, max 4 employee sessions per visit) £700

Site Visits for therapy sessions as per agreement (no home visits)

Payments can be made by PayPal, Cash or Credit/Debit card or via BACS in advance.

Changes/Cancellations

24 hours notice is required if you’re unable to attend your session or need to reschedule. Cancellation and changes made after this time will be subject to payment in full.
