Counselling, Psychotherapy and Complimentary Therapies
for a Healthier and Happier You.
"Hi, I am Teija.
I help my clients work through their challenges in life and to learn more about themselves. I believe that by providing a confidential and non-judgemental environment to talk about issues, you can learn to cope better with what life throws at you. Sometimes we all need help to make a better sense about what is going on in our lives and how to cope with difficult feelings and relationships".

Why to Invest in Your Wellbeing?
Your past experiences can have a significant impact on how you feel and behave today. The way you respond to life's problems can result to stress, anxiety and depression and spiral into exhaustion, illness and fears, sapping your energy and joy of living. Making you unable to meet your true potential. With the help of counselling you can begin to resolve issues regardless of how long or short time you've had them.
Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy
By combining various psychological approaches, such as person centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, transactional analysis, solution focused and transpersonal approaches, I can tailor my approach to suit you to help with vast range of emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and fears, impact of traumatic experiences, panic attacks, fears and phobias, OCD and eating disorders in your life, and many unwanted habits and addictions. These treatments, either on their own or in combination with complimentary therapies, can also help you to work on achieving other personal goals whether it is to stop smoking, reduce stress or to lose weight, to increase confidence, prepare for exams, improve relationships and for relaxation purposes.
You can learn how to unlearn fears, habits, beliefs and behaviours and replace these with more beneficial beliefs and behaviours so that you can enable your true potential.
